·The Process

Twelve hours.
Forty steps.
Zero shortcuts.

Walk through the studio with us. Every car, regardless of value, follows the same forty-step protocol — because the only way to be consistent is to refuse to skip steps for anyone.

Intake & paint mapping

On arrival the car is parked in our intake bay under 6500K LED. We measure clearcoat thickness on every panel using a Defelsko PosiTest gauge, photograph every existing defect, and walk the car with you so nothing is missed and nothing is added later without consent.

Decontamination

Two-bucket pre-rinse with citrus pre-soak, contact wash with pH-neutral soap and plush microfibre, iron-fallout dissolution, tar removal with citrus solvents, mechanical clay decon under flowing soap to lift bonded contaminants without inducing marring.

Paint correction

Multi-stage compounding with random-orbital and forced-rotation polishers under metered light. Cuts are sectioned to 30cm² and PTG-checked between passes. We will never run a stage thinner than your remaining clearcoat allows — preservation always beats perfection.

Application

For PPF: bench-templated panels heat-set to fitment, knife-cut only where templating cannot reach, edges tucked behind trim where geometry permits. For coatings: panel-by-panel application with cross-hatch, levelled, flashed, and topped per chemistry spec.

Cure & QC

Coatings flash and cure in our climate-controlled bay — no ambient dust, no temperature swings. Final QC under sun gun, 6500K bar, and natural light. Any defect we find, we fix before you see the car.
